Your project manager meets with you once again before the installation of the drywall and walks you through your new home to explain the construction details,so you understand the quality and value of a Hayden home. Our comprehensive customer service extends through the closing of your home and beyond. In the weeks prior to closing,you will meet with the community manager to prepare for the upcoming closing. Then again,approximately one week before closing you will meet with your project manager in your completed home for a "New Home Orientation." You could consider this an "owner's manual" tour that demonstrates all appliances and systems within your home. Finally,a post-closing tour is scheduled with your customer service representative to assist in making any necessary adjustments in your home after you have moved in.
